Over the past 15 years, our team has hired 100+ marketers. We’ve developed a detailed, extensive recruiting process to identify top marketing talent. For every 250 applicants we receive, on average, we hire one candidate. Each new Marketer has been carefully vetted and tested to ensure that they are skilled marketers and strong communicators.
Your Marketer Will Be Continually Trained.
Every new Marketer participates in our week-long training course - known around here as MyMarketer University (MMU.) This happens before they are assigned to join your team. But that’s just the beginning of the training and education we provide. All of our Marketers participate in regularly scheduled MMU sessions where we teach them new strategies, concepts, and even how to use brand-new marketing tools to serve their clients even better. This means that over time, your Marketer is going to develop their skills, learn how to use new tools and strategies, and ultimately become even more valuable to you and your team.
Your Marketer Will Be AI-Empowered.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools make our Marketers even more valuable to your team. Tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and DALL-E can be used by skilled Marketing Assistants to create strong written content and powerful graphics. Projects that used to require a copywriter, a marketing assistant, and a programmer can now be done by a Marketer who understands how to leverage AI tools. This is one the reasons why our Marketers can produce 2-3X the marketing output at a fraction of the cost. During our ongoing MMU training sessions, we teach our Marketers how to use the latest AI tools most effectively on behalf of our clients.
Your Marketer Will Be Community Supported.
MyMarketer provides Marketing Assistants to businesses in a wide range of industries, all across the United States. And we’ve created an internal community - we refer to it as the MyMarketer Community, or MMC for short - where our Marketers can collaborate, troubleshoot, and learn from each other. On a practical level, this means that when your Marketer runs into a challenge during their work for your company, the first place they will turn for help is our internal community and support network. The Community is often able to provide ideas and solutions to help your Marketer get “un-stuck” - and you don’t have to spend your own time and mental energy dealing with the problem. We’ve developed an amazing team of Marketers, and the MyMarketer Community ensures that they learn from each-other so that they can ultimately serve you and your business even more effectively
